Self-declared cake whisperer and creative soul behind The Sweet Escake.

My love for the kitchen started around six years old, when weekend baking experiments with my mom turned into something magical. We’d dive into dessert recipes she brought home from some of the ladies at work, and what started as a fun little tradition quickly became my favorite part of the week — and the beginning of something much bigger.

While most kids were watching cartoons, I was watching Sweet Dreams with Gale Gand on The Food Network — plotting my next bake like it was serious business (because let’s be honest, it is).

These days, I bake with that same childhood spark. From rich Belgian chocolate to smooth Madagascar vanilla bean paste, I believe the best flavors start with the best ingredients. No cake boxes, no shortcuts — just real ingredients and real love in every layer.

If you ask me my favorite flavor? Red Velvet, always. But a really good chocolate cake is a guilty pleasure I can never resist.
